Ryan Nickell is a Central Valley native, born and raised in Modesto, CA. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the local CSU Stanislaus in Turlock, CA. Our Founder hand-selected Mr. Nickell to be the very first agent on the Escala Properties team after earning his real estate license in 2015. Ryan has represented the New Home Builder Division ever since and has become a highly experienced New Home Sales Agent, selling out nearly a dozen subdivisions, totaling more than 500 homes throughout the Central Valley.

Ryan has been an athlete his entire life playing sports like golf, basketball, football, and baseball. His team-player spirit adjoined with his background in hospitality has made him a true asset to our clients and our company. Our clients love his mellow demeanor and approachable sales tactics.
